Healthy Breakfast

In order to keep fit, some teenagers ignore breakfast, thinking that the less they eat, the fitter they become. However, this is a totally wrong idea. The doctor says in the newspaper that breakfast is very important for people's health. In the morning, people need energy, as their stomach is empty after a night's sleep. If we don't have breakfast, our body will become weaker.

We can eat less food in lunch and dinner, but not in breakfast. It is said that some will get fat if they don't have breakfast, because their diet is not balanced, and the body takes in more than what they need. So, in order to keep fit, we should have breakfast.

A healthy breakfast should include a variety of foods, such as whole grains, vegetables, fruits, lean protein, and healthy fats. This will provide us with the necessary nutrients and energy to start the day. For example, a bowl of oatmeal with fresh berries and a hard-boiled egg is a great start to the day. Another option could be a whole wheat toast with avocado and a poached egg.
